The Body Champ BRM3671 provides dual functionality. It can be used as an elliptical trainer or as an exercise bike. You get double the cardio benefits in this product. The Body Champ BRM3671 seat can be adjusted to 2 different settings. You will move the seat back when using the elliptical trainer feature. You set the seat on the front setting to use the Body Champ BRM3671 as an exercise bike.

The warranty offered on the Body Champ BRM3671, is a good one. Buyers are covered for a period of up to one year. During this time, if any problems arise with the frame, the company will cover the costs of repairs or will provide a replacement. We bought the Body Champ “Cardio Dual Trainer” for use in our cramped basement and it works nicely for our needs, with the following observations:
Setup -
+ Took my son and I about 1.5 hours to build it from unpacking to plugging it in
+ All parts were included and clearly labeled
+ Although the instructions look daunting, they really were easy to follow
+ Included all of the tools required (screw driver and wrenches), but using a rubber mallet (on Step #3) and adjustable wrench sped the process alongPros -
+ Versatile; use as a standing elliptical or sitting cycle
+ Effective; provides a good workout in both modes
+ Electronics; monitors heart rate, adjusts intensity, and provides “programed” workout
+ Small Size; takes up about as much space as a traditional stationary bike
+ Affordable; this is a fairly inexpensive choice for a good quality machineCons -
- Stride Length; I am 5′ 10″ and find the stride length a little shorter than would normally be natural
- Sturdiness; At 230lbs, I am on the larger side for this machine and find it does wobble a bit at higher intensitiesCF Hill

Overall, the Body Champ BRM3671 elliptical trainer is a good value. The assembly was the easiest assembly I have ever completed. Instructions and presentation of assembly items is straight forward. Regarding the elliptical itself, the stride may be shorter than larger machines; however, the trainer still provides an excellent workout. The pre-stored programs provide sufficient variety and the resistance range is excellent. I have had the trainer for 2 months and am very happy with it. The only drawback is that the heart monitor does not really work. It does not register heart rates accurately. Other than that, this is a great machine for the price and so far, so good.
