Getting yourself motivated to start training is sometime difficult. Sticking with it is even harder if your equipment is clunky and hard to use. The Sole E35 Elliptical Trainer is up to the challenge of keeping you excited and interested in sticking to your exercise plans.

The Sole E35 includes several features which you should look for on any elliptical:
Sole E35 Features
• Heavy and smooth flywheel.
• Oversized foot pads.
• Smooth moving power incline system.
• Easy to use controls.
• Accurate workout monitor.
• Built-in exercise programs.
While you may have a few other features on your wish list, those are some of the most important. The Sole E35 stacks up great on all of these benchmarks.
The Sole E35 has a 25 pound flywheel. It spins smoothly and easily helping to avoid those erratic feeling stops in your stride. If you have ever tried out a cheap elliptical you should understand what we are talking about. On low grade equipment you can feel slight stops at several pointing in your stride. It makes it very difficult to keep up a consistent motion and to get into the groove of your workout. This is never a problem on the Sole E35.
Sole E35 – Foot Pedals
The oversized foot pads on the Sole TheE35 Elliptical trainer add one other great feature. Instead of being completely level they are tilted 2 degrees. While this may sound a bit strange, it is nearly the perfect position when you push down on each step. You will quickly notice the difference. It reduces both knee and ankle strain keeping your feet at a more natural angle.
One point of frustration on some elliptical exercise machines is when the incline motor kicks in. Suddenly you get a shudder and shake and can feel off balance. The Sole E35 has this problem under control. Their incline system works smoothly all the way from flat up to the 30 degree maximum incline.
Adjustment controls need to be extremely easy to reach and use or they become annoying rapidly. When the sweat is dripping off your body, your heart rate is accelerated, and you are breathing a bit harder is not the time you want to struggle making adjustments. You want to be able to make a quick push button adjustment and keep your workout going. The Sole E35 Elliptical Trainer provides an easy to use system. Everything is right at your fingertips and easy to use.
If you prefer to avoid making adjustments on your own during the workout just setup the Sole E35 elliptical trainer to use one of the 6 built-in programs or you can create up to 2 custom workout programs of your own. This allows you to stay focused on your workout instead of playing with the controls.
Sole E35 Display
Another great feature on the Sole E35 Elliptical is the workout monitor. You do not need to keep putting your hands down on touch pads like many elliptical trainers use. The Sole E35 uses a chest strap to give you more accurate measurements and keep your hands free to keep pumping in motion with your workout.
The Sole E35 Elliptical should make it to your short list of trainers to check out carefully. The Sole E35 elliptical trainer is one of the best pieces of exercise equipment on the market in the price range.

Sole E35 Reviews
Of the “consumer grade” elliptical trainers sold online and in some of the big box stores the E35 is one of the best. I’ve done a lot of research and the Sole has a smooth solid feel that many of the others (especially less expensive ellipticals) can’t match.
The most important thing to remember is the best machine is the one you’ll USE. If you have a jerky, clunky, noisy, or otherwise unpleasant elliptical you’re less likely to use it regularly.
What you want in an elliptical is a solid frame that doesn’t flex much when you really pound on it at higher resistance levels and work hard with your arms. If you try that on a cheaper machine, it will rock, flex, creak, squeek, clunk, etc. The E35 passes this test.
Embedded Flyer – Seattle, WA
I recently purchased the Sole E35 2011 model after spending a few weeks online researching between the Sole, Norditrack, Horizon, and other top models. I then went and tried a few machines out at some local shops, and my choice landed on the E35.
Reasons I chose the E35 over the E25 or E95, was mainly the heavier wheel and the longer unit was the perfect sweet spot. I also was buying this unit for my wife as well.
